Annual Meeting Proxy Authorization

The Annual Meeting that was scheduled and announced for March 21, 2020 was postponed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The meeting has been rescheduled as a

Virtual Meeting and will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020.

We will conduct our annual meeting by Proxy in accordance with state requirements and our organization’s governing documents. Voting will be by proxy. Proxy’s must be received no later than midnight on May 28, 2020.

The Agenda for the Virtual Meeting will be:

1. Call the Meeting To Order

2. Certify a Quorum with those present and voting

via Proxy

3. Count Ballots submitted via Proxy for

Elections and Changes to our By Laws

4. Adjourn.

No other business will be conducted.

A call-in telephone number for the meeting will be posted on this page no later than 24 hours before the conference call for anyone wishing to participate on the call; however, all voting will be conducted via Proxy. The Virtual Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 30, 2020.
